The extended warranty must be purchased within the first six months from the original date of purchase.

This plan covers items purchased from OBD HAWK, including:

• The Ultimate Tablet System (Laptop Edition or G7 Edition), plus shipping (to be calculated).

The extended warranty plan covers only one item from the above list.

Customers must ship the faulty hardware back to the OBD HAWK address. Upon receiving the item, we will ship the replacement hardware within one business day.

Items damaged due to human error will not be covered under this extended warranty plan. Examples include:

• Water damage
• Dropped item
• Physical damage to the outer shell
• Broken seal
